Aerofood ACS Welcomes Mayapada Healthcare Group Visit, Strengthening Catering Services in the Healthcare Sector

(Tangerang/3/09/2026) – Aerofood ACS welcomed an official visit from the management team of Mayapada Healthcare Group (MHG) on Thursday, September 10, 2026. The visit marked a strategic opportunity to strengthen institutional relations while exploring potential collaboration in the development of catering services for the healthcare sector, particularly in providing high-quality meals that meet patients’ needs and hospital service standards.

The meeting was attended by Aerofood ACS President Director, Mr. Christopher Supit, together with the Aerofood ACS management team, and Mayapada Healthcare Group Chief Operating Officer, Hendy Widjaja, accompanied by the MHG management team. The meeting formed part of both companies’ efforts to strengthen communication, exchange perspectives, and identify potential synergies that could add value to the development of their respective services.

As part of the visit, Aerofood ACS presented a Meal Presentation featuring the concept “Service Improvement Concept for VIP Patient” as an introduction to the company’s capabilities in developing food service solutions that prioritize quality, meal presentation, and patient service requirements. The activity provided both parties with an opportunity to further explore the potential development of catering services tailored to the specific characteristics and needs of healthcare facilities.

The development of hospital food services is an important aspect of delivering a comprehensive patient care experience. Beyond taste and meal quality, food provision in healthcare facilities also requires careful attention to food safety, hygiene, consistency in food preparation processes, and menu suitability based on patients’ needs. These considerations play an important role in exploring professional, quality-oriented catering services for the healthcare sector.

Through the Meal Presentation, Aerofood ACS demonstrated its approach to meal presentation, emphasizing product quality and customer experience, including for the VIP patient segment. This concept provides an opportunity to explore how food quality, presentation, menu variety, and service standards can be developed in an integrated manner to enhance patient comfort throughout their treatment.

For Aerofood ACS, the development of catering services in the healthcare sector represents an opportunity to expand the application of its expertise in the food service industry. With experience in managing food services that prioritize quality and food safety, Aerofood ACS continues to explore solutions tailored to the needs of various sectors, including healthcare, which has its own operational characteristics and service standards.

As part of the visit, the Mayapada Healthcare Group management team also participated in a Kitchen Visit to gain firsthand insight into Aerofood ACS’s facilities and operational processes in supporting food service provision. The activity provided an overview of kitchen operations management, food preparation and processing procedures, as well as the implementation of hygiene practices and quality control throughout the production process.

The facility visit also opened up discussions on the importance of structured operational processes in delivering consistent food services. In the food service industry, every stage—from raw material selection and storage to preparation, processing, and presentation—requires adequate supervision to maintain product quality and food safety. Implementing appropriate procedures is one of the key foundations for developing catering services that can consistently meet customer needs over the long term.

Through this meeting, Aerofood ACS and Mayapada Healthcare Group had the opportunity to exchange perspectives on catering service requirements and the potential development of patient meal service concepts. These discussions marked an initial step toward identifying collaboration opportunities aligned with each party’s capabilities, while also gaining a better understanding of the operational considerations involved in providing food services within healthcare facilities.
