Kartini Day 2025: Be the Best Version of Yourself, Balancing Self-Worth, Career, and Family in Harmony

Tangerang (21/04/25) – In celebration of Kartini Day, ACS organized Kartini Day 2025, a special initiative dedicated to appreciating the roles and contributions of women in the workplace. Carrying the theme “Be the Best Version of Yourself: Balancing Self-Worth, Career, and Family in Harmony”, this event served as both a reflective and inspiring space for all participants, especially women to continue growing while balancing various roles in their lives.

The event commenced with an opening ceremony, featuring welcoming remarks from Yanti Herlina R. Siregar, President Director of ACS. In her speech, she expressed deep appreciation for the contributions of ACS women, who not only excel professionally but also manage to maintain personal life balance.

“ACS women are vital pillars of our organization. They prove that being a professional, a mother, a wife, a daughter, and an empowered individual are not mutually exclusive. That is the true strength of today’s Kartini,” Yanti stated. The welcome continued with a speech from Nuryulianti, Chairperson of the Kartini Day 2025 committee, who expressed gratitude for the enthusiastic participation of all attendees and hoped the event would be a moment of appreciation and togetherness. The ribbon-cutting ceremony by Ms. Yanti officially marked the start of the event series.

The activities began with the ACS Srikandi Award, spotlighting strong and inspiring women from various units and divisions. These nominees represented dedication, resilience, and leadership in a dynamic work environment.

This was followed by a Pantun (Poetry) Competition between groups, where participants creatively voiced their thoughts through traditional verses. The energy soared with a spirited Cheer Competition, showcasing each team’s unity and enthusiasm. Another highlight was the Nusantara Bazaar, which featured culinary delights from different regions across Indonesia, reflecting cultural diversity and strong team collaboration.

The event concluded with an Inspirational Talk Show featuring two female leaders of Aerofood ACS: Yanti Herlina R. Siregar (President Director) and Lisa Listyani Winolo (Director of Strategy and Commercial). The talk show explored their personal and professional journeys in balancing multiple significant roles as women. The session was moderated by two internal figures Errika Aprilita (General Manager of CGK Unit) and Amanda Qintan (Vice President Corporate Secretary) who facilitated a warm and meaningful dialogue.

During the talk show, Ms. Yanti shared:

“Being a female leader is not just about holding a position, but about creating value and impact. Never hesitate to speak up women’s voices are part of the change.”

Lisa added,

“Balance doesn’t mean being perfect in everything, it’s about being fully present in each of our roles as leaders, mothers, wives, and individuals. The key is the courage to remain true to ourselves.”

Remarkably, the talk show was also broadcasted online and joined by all Aerofood ACS units across Indonesia, allowing the Kartini Day 2025 spirit to be felt widely and inclusively across the organization, transcending geographic boundaries.
