Handover Ceremony of President Director and Director of Finance & HR of PT Aerofood Indonesia

Jakarta, 10 Februari 2025 – PT Aerofood Indonesia (Aerofood ACS), a subsidiary of Garuda Indonesia Group, has officially announced changes in the company’s management structure. Based on the Board of Commissioners’ decision dated February 7, 2025, Yanti Herlina R. Siregar, previously serving as Director of Operations, has also been appointed as the Acting President Director of PT Aerofood Indonesia, effective from February 10, 2025, until an official decision is made by the General Meeting of Shareholders regarding the appointment of a definitive President Director. Furthermore, based on the Shareholders’ Resolution outside the General Meeting of Shareholders on February 10, 2025, I Nyoman Sunia Sanjaya has been appointed as Director of Finance & Human Resources.

This handover ceremony was conducted as the terms of office for Emil Fadilah as President Director and M. Arief Wicaksono as Director of Finance & Human Resources have ended. The Shareholders expressed their highest appreciation for the dedication and outstanding contributions of Emil Fadilah and M. Arief Wicaksono during their tenure.

With this change, the Board of Directors of PT Aerofood Indonesia now consists of Yanti Herlina R. Siregar as Acting President Director as well as Director of Operations, I Nyoman Sunia Sanjaya as Director of Finance & Human Resources, and Lisa Listyani Winolo as Director of Strategy & Commercial.
