Aerofood ACS Plants Mangroves to Realize Commitment to Environmental Conservation for the Future
Cengkareng (15/10/24) – As part of the Garuda Indonesia Group, Aerofood ACS demonstrates its environmental commitment through active participation in the “Flight Path to Sustainability: Planting The Future” program, which focuses on mangrove planting at the Ketapang Mangrove Park in Tangerang. This activity was carried out in collaboration with BenihBaik.com as a concrete step in supporting the Net Zero Emission (NZE) Movement.
The mangrove planting aims to help combat climate change, preserve biodiversity, and protect coastal ecosystems. In addition to serving as a natural barrier against coastal erosion, mangroves play a crucial role in carbon absorption, thereby supporting global efforts toward sustainability.
Aerofood ACS believes that environmental preservation is a shared responsibility. Through participation in various activities, Aerofood ACS demonstrates its commitment to the principles of Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG). Additionally, Aerofood ACS strives to contribute to supporting Indonesia in achieving its Net Zero Emission target in the future.
This collaboration is expected to create a lasting positive impact, not only for the environment but also for the community.
