Aerofood ACS and MBG Task Force of Kadin Indonesia Strengthen Synergy to Enhance MBG Services Ensuring Food Quality and Food Safety
Jakarta, October 20, 2025 – Located at Menara Kadin Indonesia, Aerofood ACS, a subsidiary of Garuda Indonesia Group specializing in catering services, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the MBG (Makan Bergizi Gotong Royong) Task Force of Kadin Indonesia. Through this collaboration, both parties are committed to strengthening competencies and human resource quality by focusing on developing knowledge, skills, and professionalism in food quality and food safety, particularly within the food management sector. As part of this partnership, Aerofood ACS will provide full support in organizing a series of educational activities such as seminars, workshops, and sharing sessions initiated by the MBG Task Force of Kadin Indonesia. These initiatives aim to enhance understanding and application of quality and safety standards across MBG kitchens nationwide.

Chairman of the MBG Gotong Royong Task Force of Kadin Indonesia, Mr. Chandra Tirta Wijaya, emphasized that this collaboration represents a concrete step by Kadin to strengthen the national focus on improving food quality and safety standards.
“MBG kitchens across Indonesia need continuous guidance from professionals with strong expertise in this field. Moving forward, Kadin seeks more specific collaborations, including programs such as kitchen visits and hands-on workshops. Currently, there are around 12,000 kitchens in preparation and another 6,000 kitchens across the country that require mentorship to improve their services and provide nutritious meals for children throughout Indonesia. We hope that this partnership between Kadin and Aerofood ACS will help MBG kitchens achieve higher standards,” he said.

President Director of PT Aerofood Indonesia, Ms. Yanti Siregar, also expressed her positive outlook on the collaboration.
