Jakarta, Aerofood ACS – Monday, September 3 2018, The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung (CT Group) made a corporate visit to Aerofood ACS Cengkareng unit. The visit was organized as benchmarking to see Aerofood ACS kitchen production and operation. the Executive Chef of The Trans Luxury Hotel, Mr. Marco Medaglia also joined the visiting team.
Aerofood ACS Cengkareng Team really looked forward to their coming. It was opened with welcoming speech by Sam Hartoto, Vice President of Operation and Production of Aerofood ACS and followed by kitchen tour. The Trans Luxury Hotel Team was given opportunities to observe directly the production and operation process in Aerofood ACS Cengkareng unit. Ms. Winny Aqshani, the QHSE Manager, acted as kitchen tour guide, explained about sanitation, hygiene and food safety management implementation in Aerofood ACS. After that, the activities continued with Q&A Session and lunch.
Through this corporate visit, hopefully relationship between Aerofood ACS and The Trans Luxury Hotel can be stronger.
